Sustainability and Energy
By 2050, the Netherlands wants to be climate neutral. In recent years, the Dutch government has put a lot of effort into promoting renewable energy sources and reducing polluting 'emissions’ in light of this ambition to be carbon-neutral. This is challenging not only technically and economically, but also legally. Our specialists will assist you in all aspects of these developments.
Cooperation in practice
Wind farms and solar panels are examples of a (necessary) change towards renewable energy. Yet there is also a downside to these changes: an overloaded grid, long waiting times for connections to the electricity grid, discussions about EPC calculations and noise pollution from heat pumps and shadows cast by wind turbines. In some cases, this causes a legal back-and-forth.
We stand by clients, contractors, developers and consultants in issues of sustainability and energy. Sometimes these are about the development of a solar or wind farm, other times a discussion with a grid operator or handling discussions about the functioning of an installation or building as a whole. Good cooperation leads to the best results. We are always fully committed to that.
